Mercedes was absolutely amazing. She made this car buying experience the best, the easiest, and the most hassle free I’ve ever experienced.

Love the car. Didn’t like being held hostage to pay for windshield protection plan for $1000, something I didn’t need or want.

Hanna Ross was fantastic. Very professional, personable and friendly! She stayed in touch with me with updates while I was considering the car from San Antonio. Hanna went to the Autobahn Jaguar dealership and took 20 photos which enabled me to see the inside and outside of the car. To cap it all off, Hanna came in on her day off to close the sale! Great experience!
