My overall experience was very pleasant.. Tom is an excellent sales person and part place motors is very lucky to have such a valuable person on their team. All of my expectations were met with the exception of the tires. I asked for the Dunlap tires which were on the car to be switched out to scorpion tires by michelin which I prefer I was given a flat no by 2 other people who I guess were members of the management team.. I asked the reason why Ann was told that it was cost. I don't see why costs would be a consideration for making a customer's visit more pleasant. The car was there the personnel to do these which were there but you're at work there I don't know if the tires were installed in the park's department or not but I don't think it would have been that great deal.

This makes the 5th vehicle we have bought from Parkplace & Jason over the last decade. If you need a car do not hesitate to do business with them. The buying process is easy & the service has always been excellent. Also do yourself a favor and ask for Jason Camacho.
