They gave me a loaner vehicle so I could run errands while my vehicle was being serviced. It was easy, in and out. My Service Advisor, Jason Marrin is the best I've ever had and I've been driving Mercedes since 1982!

I gave 3 stars because I was told my vehicle had been washed but it had not. It was dirtier than it was before I dropped it off due to the construction going on. I paid quite a bit of money for the service. I would think it wouldn't be a problem to pick a clean vehicle....
