I felt rushed to buy!!

As of today , my vehicle runs like new! Kuddos to my service advisor Jason , his service team lead guy, and the service tech who rode in the vehicle with me. The advice tech who rode with me was spot on with what he thought was wrong with the vehicle and he was right.

I took my 2020 CLs450 to ParkPlace Ft. Worth for a new battery. While there I was approached my Mercedes Lopez who told me about a 2024 GLC300. She knows the inventory and the product and was responsive to every inquiry I made and addressed all concerns. I was quickly sold om the new 2024 GLC300 mainly due to Mercedes expertise. Not only did she facilitate the sale of the vehicle, she also negotiated the deal, affirmed my trade, did the finance paperwork and completed the deal without any inconvenience to me or my wife and with no issues. I was very impressed with her versatility and professionalism. It is not frequent that I can, without reservation, recommend someone so highly, but this is one instance that I can.
