Before Noah arrived as a service advisor I felt uncertain about the level of professionalism I would encounter when I pulled into the bay.I am thrilled that Noah is now at Park Place and can be my dedicated service advisor for years to come. I know him and his brother Nico from my 13 years as a Sewell customer, and seeing Noah made me feel like i was safe and like a valued customer again. Sewell service advisors are the most professional and caring people I have met. I am glad that he is now part of the team.

Not good. Wasn’t told service agent’s name.nor a business card. Therefore, didn’t know who to ask for on subsequent calls. After waiting an hour and fifteen minutes, was told parts not in stock. Would have parts by afternoon. Would call me when they arrived so I could return for installation. No afternoon call. I called and another person tried to help. Was told they would check and have Service Mgr call me back. No call. Did finally receive text that parts were in. Too late that day for installation. Called again and made appointment for next day. Experience the 2nd visit was dramatically better! Customers expect better from. Mercedes dealership! This is Paul Leamer responding, Marilyn’s husband.

Dropped off car for service was told would get it back that day but did not get it til next day. Did not get updates except via email and who checks emails that often. I prefer calls. Just felt like effort to contact us was not made. When picked up car no overview was provided.
