Took suv in for routine service. Superior staff, Alex Rodriguez is a top notch advisor. My wife and I had been to another Mercedes dealership and the experience was acceptable, but nothing like Park Place. Other dealerships should aspire to be like park place and its staff.

Timing is good, the staffs are all helpful.

Zach Fletcher did a good job. Even with the loaner not being available as promised he made everything working. The maintenance service and the additional repairs were done in timely manner

Friendly and efficient

Took an entire week to resolve issues with car including technician ordering wrong part. Had a 3:30 appointment to drop off vehicle and it took an hour to drop it and get the loaner I reserved when making appointment. Upon pick up car still wasn’t complete with all items, notably the MBux system had still not been cleared of previous owner and I was sent to the sales building where someone was supposed to be available to assist with this. Upon arriving they were all too busy ‘working a deal’ their words not mine although there were 5 of them just standing around chit chatting. Contacted my advisor and he called them and lo and behold they could do it all over the phone. Seriously- then why did I have to go through the additional aggravation. Other than Zach being polite and helpful the whole experience was very frustrating. Oh and it would be nice if they would stop saying I need tires EVERY SINGLE TIME it goes in for service, even if they just put tires on less than 6 months prior.
