Alex was personable and efficient

As a traveler who did not have an appointment, the service dept was outstanding. Got us in as quickly as possible, diagnosed the issue, and were able to send on on our way to continue our vacation without much delay.

Prompt, great customer service. This is exempliefed with park places ability to retain its staff members. Consistant mechanic to consistant service advisor. Thats what keeps my vehichle on the road! Matt Butler and the staff always over deliver!

Excellent customer service overall

Warranty repair was performed in a timely manner. Communication from my service advisor was excellent.

Initially did not start off well. I had to wait for a tech to check me in even though I had an appt. Also a person that arrived after me was serviced before me. Also there were no loaner cars available. The reason I gave 4 stars rather than less is because Ezra Howard went above and beyond to make up for these inconveniences.

Zach explained everything. Loaner was great and easy check out.
