Initially did not start off well. I had to wait for a tech to check me in even though I had an appt. Also a person that arrived after me was serviced before me. Also there were no loaner cars available. The reason I gave 4 stars rather than less is because Ezra Howard went above and beyond to make up for these inconveniences.

I brought my 2024 AMG GT53 in with a terrible noise coming from the right back brake. It turned out to be the lower bolt at the right rear caliper bracket to be missing causing caliper bracket to be loose and crack in half. A new bracket had to be order from Germany because they couldn't find a replacement in the US. I was informed by Alex Rodriguez that the part wasn't expected in until Oct 21, 2025. I brought the car in on Aug 4, 2025. Of course I was surprised/disappointed that the part would take almost 3 months to come in. Alex was very apologetic for such a delay and began to work to put a rush on the part. I was VERY pleased that Alex took such an interest in my car and of course happy that he was trying to get the part in. Alex called me a number of times to keep my updated on his efforts, which I appreciated very much. He is a kind and respectful young man with integrity. The part came in about a month after I brought the car in, which was a relief for myself and I think for Alex as well. I truly believe that the work Alex did helped to get the part in earlier than the tentative date of 10/21. It is never fun to have car issues, but Alex did a great job making things happen.
