Asst SVC Mgr Jason Marron was amazing to work and answered all of my questions.My only disappointment, when I picked up car from getting serviced, it was returned dirty with marker still on window and not washed.

Literally perfect in every way. Great work. Detailing was over-the-top. Appreciated so much having a loaner. Jason makes everything smooth, comfortable and very fun! We so appreciate Park Place!

Called that morning and I could bring my car in that afternoon. Zach took care of me when I arrived. My car was ready in 3 hours.

Positive experience overall. Friendly and professional interactions. Only thing keeping me from 5 stars is that it took nearly 3 hours for an oil change service. There was a software recall so not sure how long that took, but I’ll return.

Took suv in for routine service. Superior staff, Alex Rodriguez is a top notch advisor. My wife and I had been to another Mercedes dealership and the experience was acceptable, but nothing like Park Place. Other dealerships should aspire to be like park place and its staff.
