Dropped car off in morning for a brake squeal. Was given a loaner car as no estimate on time to address the issue. Car was ready mid-afternoon. They couldn’t identify a specific problem and all tolerances were normal. After inspection and retest, squealing went away. Entire service was efficient.

Ezra is always great and personable. I don't worry about whether or not I have to worry about good service. I'm very happy that my saleswoman was looking out for me when she sold me my EQE 350+. I have only had excellent service at Park Place Fort Worth!
