All good!

Reoccurring problem with dropping off Porsche Connect , 6 times in 18 months. Car has been at dealership 3 months out of the 18 months I have owned it. Dealers has worked closely with Porsche to determine the reason. Hopefully this last time will be the last time the problem occurs.

Excellent throughout. They communicated with me at every step of the process, answered all questions adequately, and made sure I had peace of mind as a first-time Porsche CPO buyer. I worked with Kim Scholz and it was a great experience dealing with her. Would definitely recommend the dealership and Kim in particular.

Service always exceeds my lofty expectation. This is my third Park Place Cayenne.

It was unsatisfactory. Nick was my assigned service advisor, whom I never meaningfully interacted with. He was late in the morning and absent when he told me to pick up the car. But during my 35min wait to receive my vehicle, Nick appeared and communicated that the car was in hand wash, as he communicated to me via phone at 11:08AM. It was communicated to me via that phone call that the car would be ready at 11:30AM and I arrived at noon, I thought this would have been plenty of buffer for delay. Then I was told they couldn’t find my vehicle. When I finally did get my vehicle, it was unwashed. Omar who checked me in said that if it was still raining as hard as when I dropped off they wouldn’t be able to wash it - otherwise they would. I found that agreeable. However when I picked it up, the best guy I met (bald/beard used to work at Honda) told me the service notes had no wash - he seemed equally as disappointed as I was. A messy experience that was far from confidence inspiring. How do I even know the oil change was done?

Kim was great! Will buy again from her!
