We came into the Park Place Porsche dealership and test drove the Macan for 15 minutes. We were debating between the Tesla Y and Porsche and decided to go with the Macan S. Placing the Macan order online was straightforward back in Nov. 2021. We texted back and forth with our salesperson Douglas Aaron. Our vehicle was originally scheduled to deliver April 2022 and was damaged during sea transport. We understand the dealership didn't have anything to do with the transport of the vehicle but the dealership does represent Porsche. We were a little disappointed that Park Place didn't offer us anything after the snafu. We decided to go through another build and chose to wait an extra month to take delivery of a 2023 model. When we did finally take delivery of our Macan S, our salesperson sent over the final cost sheet for us to transfer the funds and the cost of the vehicle had increased. We responded that we'd locked in our price when Park Place accepted our deposit back in Nov. 2021. At that point, the excitement of getting my new car had worn off...

Douglas Aaron was outstanding. He not only was responsive to my inquiry about a new Cayenne but found me a Cayenne S, handled all the paperwork and delivered my new Cayenne to my residence.
