Douglas was easy to work with, proactive and really helped me with this transaction from start to finish. I would recommend him to friends and he was substantially better than one of my local dealerships. Operationally there some improvements the dealership can make. More modern payment system/processor and my initial lead wasn't captured. Your website is really suffering from add another tool syndrome as well.
