Good experience 7th car from park place porsche

Jim Lennom has been a professional throughout the entire process. I just took delivery of my Taycan and I enjoying the drive a lot. The car did not come with the wheels/rims I anticipated since the build out online made it difficult to see a detail on the wheel that I do not like. However, Jim and the General Manager are working with me to hopefully get that corrected.

We recently purchased a vehicle from Park Place Porsche. We were looking for a Cayenne Coupe. Jeff did a terrific job of sizing up our preferences and zeroed in options that enabled us to select the Cayenne Coupe model that was perfect for our needs. We settled on a purchase agreement to our satisfaction and closed on the sale that day. Further, the processing of the paperwork, meticulous and expedited vehicle prep allowed us to close the sale and take the vehicle home the same day. A surprise and delight experience for sure. I will close by saying the customer service experience, product offerings and showroom environment were all 5 star experiences! No doubt we will be back in the future!
