Experience was great. I walked the lot for a short time and was greeted and assisted by Ash, and he was nothing less than amazing. Very informative. I was impressed by his knowledge of the vehicle and will be back.

Darien was very friendly and provided exceptional service. His finance guy, Jason, gave us a much higher interest rate than we could get with BOA direct and told Darien that it was the same rate we would get if we went direct with BOA so we signed. When we got home i applied direct with BOA online and got a 5.64 bs the 6.99 Jason gave us.We purchased on saturday and i called monday morning letting them know i got a better rate with BOA direct, but Jason refused to cancel the contract and allow us to recontract at our better BOA rate. We were misled to think we would get the same rate direct with BOA bc we were told Jason gave them all of our information for our preferred rate. This was a poor client experience and is what causes clients not to return.

Ricky was/is great! There was a little hitch on the color, but we have resolved issue satisfactorily.
