I brought my vehicle in for a 2 pm appointment on Tuesday, May 19. I never saw a service advisor. I received no information about it. I called to find out. They said it would be ready later that day or the next, that they would call. They never did. The next day, I got a text that it was ready. When I got there, no one could find it. The service advisor had to go get the car himself. When I got home, I couldn't find the inspection form. I called the advisor and he then told me it was tucked in the visor. I finally found it.

Dropped car Monday at 9 am, was not inspected until Wednesday. Work Complete Thursday afternoon. Made a 4:45 pm appointment to pick-up car and called in route to make sure work was complete and car was washed. Waited 45 minutes for the car, and it was not washed, so spent another 15 minutes (60 minutes total) after I was told it was complete and washed. Open the front boot Friday morning and had to pick up and reinstall 3 plastic covers over the battery and sides...

We truly enjoyed are car buying experience at Park Place Porsche Dallas. Our salesperson, Kim, was extremely helpful from the moment we contacted her over the phone. She provided all of the information we needed upfront and was a pleasure to work with. We will be returning in the future.
