My experience was good overall. Ash was great! He did a good job. The only issue was a miscommunication on form payment and processes/procedures. This was more so of a finance departments issue. But It got figured out. Dealership as a whole would benefit from being more proactive in terms of creating an experience for car purchasers, especially new Porsche customers. Purchasing a Porsche is a big deal for most and should be treated as such.
