Impeccable process overall. Mary Lou Howard and my sales person Matt Epstein made sure I had a loaner. T’Lira was super engaged. Kept me in the loop and had an amazing attitude throughout the entire experience. Definitely one of the easiest service appointments I’ve had across all of my cars.

In total I had a very good experience through the sales process. I thought the interaction with Zain and Sayed was very good. Zain was very responsive (even on his day off). Sayed stepped up in Zain's absence when I can to the dealership, and the buying process was very easy (and everyone I interacted with was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product - including the young man at the front desk, can't remember his name). That said, there were a few opportunities for improvement. The first was the protracted time period required to provide a trade value for my trade-in. That took longer than I anticipated, and longer than other dealerships I was simultaneously shopping. The second was after I purchased the vehicle and drove it home, my wife noticed a rock chip in the glass on her side. Not sure if that happened on the ride home (though I didn't hear any rocks hit the glass), or if it was already there and I just didn't see if from the driver's side. Additionally, the two front marker lights either fell out (hanging from the wire it was plugged into) or protruded from the body without falling out on the drive home. With an after-hour text to Sayed, he assured me the lights would be taken care of tomorrow if I could bring it back in. I didn't mention the rock chip (as I was uncertain of the timing). Sayed's engagement through the process was great. I was disappointed a little though that given the circumstances (and knowing my wife and I were going to lunch while they fixed it) a loaner car couldn't be provided. No big deal, I just Ubered. Again, a very good experience, but a couple of opportunities to take it to "wow."

Pickup was almost perfect… my sales rep was great at the time of pickup he walked me through all my options on the lease, and he made it a great experience as he was going over important features of the car. Sayed 5/5.The detailing team is not good though, 2/5.Picking up a new Porsche should be an exceptional experience, but my car was not detailed properly. My sales rep got a rag and the cleaner himself and he fixed it for me, but that should not be the case.On a previous visit to detail my old Porsche a couple of years ago, they even broke a highlight piece from the center console that was never replaced.
