I had a great buying experience. I worked with Ashley Wasserman, and she was phenomenal! She was very patient and knowledgeable. She showed me various different car options, and answered all my questions. Even if she didn’t know an answer, she would look into it and follow back with me. Once the car was selected, the buying process was also very easy. Ashley went above and beyond in making sure everything was in order when I came in to finalize the purchase. This was definitely one of my best car buying experiences ever!

My experience was good overall. Ash was great! He did a good job. The only issue was a miscommunication on form payment and processes/procedures. This was more so of a finance departments issue. But It got figured out. Dealership as a whole would benefit from being more proactive in terms of creating an experience for car purchasers, especially new Porsche customers. Purchasing a Porsche is a big deal for most and should be treated as such.
