Very positive experience

Ricky was phenomenal. He was super detailed and communicated very well during the entire process. He went above and beyond normal customer care and my wife and I are very pleased with the vehicle. There were no surprises and he even stayed late 2 days in a row to assist with our situation.

Good experience. Financing should have been done differently. Bank of America should not be listed as a preferred lender if you all are not using them as a preferred lender. The lending should have been handeled better. I was told BOA does not allow the extra charges you all out on the loan to carry it out as a preferred lender. That’s why they cannot pay because of a fee that should not be added by Park Place that you all won’t take of the buyers disclosure.
