I took my car in for a re-call hoping that Porsche would replace the sub par, cheap, reverse camera they put in the 2024 911 GTS 4. However, I guess they thought the $20 camera would suffice in a $200K car. They only updated the software, and I doubt they even did that because when I picked my car up at the scheduled time, all the gas was driven out of it, and I arrived with a third of a tank. Johnathan and the service guy swears it was the upgrade, like I am an idiot. It wasn't the upgrade. Gas doesn't disappear when you upgrade the camera. The service guys did a little racecar driving at lunch. I won't be bringing my car back for any reason. No thanks.

Didn't start out well and really didn't get much better. Not the service we've come to know. Disappointing.

My service advisor, Omar, was great! And the lounge was very pleasant to wait while my car was serviced.

It was fine, everything was addressed. Went a little long but OK if everything is done correctly.

Great, easy buying experience. Only one issue is the car had curbrash on one of the wheels but they didn’t fix that. I thought it was going to be fixed after the recon position. I saw the car prior the recon work. I saw it still had curb rash after signing for the car.
