Excellent is all respects. Keith did an outstanding job from initial contact through vehicle delivery. Plus he has very responsive to some follow-up questions and requests.

Azhar did a good job on sales process, and that was a good experience overall. The warranty and service process has been a completely different story. It has been a terrible experience for us, unfortunately. We've actually canceled one of our warranties because of it, and had major confusion on the other one.
