Overall, I am not happy with my most recent experience. I purchased a certified-preowned Porsche this January 2026. Within days I noticed the breaks constantly squeaking and an extended crank when I try to turn the car on. I had to wait for service until a loaner car was available. Then, when they tested my car, they told me there was nothing they could do for the breaks (unless i want to purchase new break pads) and that they have no evidence of the extended crank. Everyone who has driven with me has noticed both of these issues, so the fact that they do not feels ridiculous. When I went to pick up my car, it hadn't been cleaned like I was told it would be. Now it feels like I bought a car with chronic issues and that even though I have a 3+ year warranty, nothing is getting resolved.
