Service was great. They had my car on time as promised. Omar S Tech did a very good job

I was extremely disappointed with the level of service I received during this visit.I scheduled my appointment online in advance and specifically requested a loaner vehicle so I could take care of errands while my Porsche was being serviced. When I arrived, I was abruptly informed that I would not be receiving a loaner. I was then told that my service advisor apparently had not reviewed my appointment or the request prior to my arrival.From that point forward, the experience continued to deteriorate. I was repeatedly told that they might not be able to help me or even complete the service that day. Since no transportation solution was offered, I had to make my own arrangements and pay for Uber transportation, despite having specifically requested a loaner when scheduling the appointment.Throughout the day, I received no updates regarding the status of my vehicle. When I returned to pick it up, the situation became even more frustrating. No one seemed to know where my vehicle was or whether it was ready. On multiple occasions, I was essentially told that they could not retrieve my car and that I might simply have to come back the following day.This is not remotely the level of service I would expect from a Porsche dealership or from a premium automotive brand. The lack of communication, preparation, ownership, and basic customer service was unacceptable.At a minimum, I believe Porsche should reimburse the Uber expenses I incurred because the loaner I requested was not provided and I was forced to arrange transportation on my own. More importantly, I hope management reviews what occurred, because this experience fell far below what a Porsche customer should reasonably expect. I would give zero stars if that were an option.

Mr. Lopez was amazing and extremely informative. He knew the answer to every question I had and made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. I would not hesitate to return. The quality of service and professionalism were truly exceptional. Thank you so much, Mr. Lopez, for providing such outstanding service!
