Manager worked hard to listen to my concerns. I was disappointed that I had to chase an answer about my car, but when the manager stepped in, I felt heard. He made sure I had a lessened level of inconvenience and more service. I was not pleased that this was the third time with an electrical issue. I think the dealership has a lot of business and the team is overwhelmed. It’s important to jump in quickly when a repeat issue is happening on a new vehicle. Lemon law is strong in Texas. Getting a loaner car for the first time since I’ve been owning Porsches was welcome and also eased my frustration level.

I experienced a tire failure on a major thoroughfare and had to pull over to a side street and wait for the tow truck arranged through the 24 hour roadside assistance program. The tow truck came in a reasonable time, loaded my car onto the truck, and drove me and it to Park Place. I was back on the road by 5 PM that same afternoon. All in all, it was a most satisfactory experience.
