I had no communication from my service manager, and then he didn’t help me get warranty coverage for the damage to my car. I appreciated the loaner car, but 3 weeks to replace a wheel was too much time

Had to bring the car back on a Saturday because the person who worked on my car did not connect the power to my driver side mirror. I have a baby and a toddler and had to install and uninstall two car seats 4 times because of this. I lost several hours of my day on Saturday bringing the car back, signing out a new loaner, talking to Porsche service advisor, bringing the loaner back, transferring cars, etc., all with my young children. On top of that I had to fight for a loaner which is crazy. Really not happy about my experience and the several hours of time I lost because of a careless error by Porsche’s employee.

As always, the Park Place Porsche sevice department was excellent. Omar is particularly noteworthy. I have worked with him on many occasions and have consistently observed his interpersonal skills, his attention to detail and his commitment to providing extraordinary service. This visit was no exception. Top Shelf in every way.

My repair service was completed quickly and I was able to get some routine maintenance performed while my car was in the shop. All staff were extra friendly and helpful with returning my rental.

Grateful for the help during holiday week.
