All good

Our favorite car is finally home and functioning great! Our only complaints were the pushback in getting a loaner car and that the car was returned with greasy palm prints on everything. We were clear with Severo when we were picking the vehicle up, but he asked us to wait another hour to get it cleaned up which was not cool.Omar is THE BEST!! He gets 5 stars for taking care of us from start to finish, but the customer care at Park Place Porsche is not what we are used to after having a Sewell Lexus for 8 years.

Jeremy was outstanding! Very professional, knowledgeable and responsive. Just what a Porsche service manager should be! He was able to navigate this all-too-difficult extended warranty challenge and helped me get my expensive repair covered under warranty (THANK YOU!!!). I appreciate his thoughtfulness with getting me a larger loaner vehicle and being punctual on the promised ready date as well, which I know can be difficult to guess for a service manager. I'd highly recommend Jeremy and Park Place Porsche for your service needs!
