Work was clearly displayed and completed in a timely fashionI was notified along the wayI much preferred my service rep Tiera from my rep at Porsche Plano. She was excellent .Unfortunately: we drive from Parker.No service car was available in the interim which was disappointing, especially given the cost of service. I am hoping Park Place , with its excellent reputation, will make changes in the future for improved customer experience .
