Not good. This is the second time I’ve come in for an oil change, been told it will be 2-2.5 hours and 4 hours later I’m finally getting my vehicle back. This time, the car was done but sitting somewhere awaiting for a wash and delivery to me. Not a good experience

Severo helped me out to replace a flat tire that I received due to road hazard; I was far away from Park Place, but he helped get me in touch with the Wright tow company and helped make sure all was fixed quickly
