Omar always takes care of me, consequently, when I leave, the results, are always more than meet my expectations. Omar is the best.

My car was at Park Place for a total of 59 days; I was originally expecting about 3 weeks for the repairs. The service advisor said that the extra long delay was due to my car being repaired via insurance. When I was called to pick up the car, I inspected the vehicle and discovered that an interior trunk component part was missing. Fortunately a senior Manager from the Parts department confirmed the problem and then helped me install the missing component (found in the shop storage area), out in the shop parking lot, before I left the dealership. This effort saved me from having to return to the dealership on another day.
