Jeremy was outstanding! Very professional, knowledgeable and responsive. Just what a Porsche service manager should be! He was able to navigate this all-too-difficult extended warranty challenge and helped me get my expensive repair covered under warranty (THANK YOU!!!). I appreciate his thoughtfulness with getting me a larger loaner vehicle and being punctual on the promised ready date as well, which I know can be difficult to guess for a service manager.
