As usual, the work was done exactly as explained, some actions that weren’t absolutely required I was allowed the option to defer, a nice new loaner vehicle was provided as courtesy with no charge and turn around time for work was reasonable. Omar and staff at Park Place are professional, patient, kind and extremely knowledgeable. If I had two wishes they would be: (1) that maybe my car could have been returned with a little more fuel so I didn’t have to search gas stations out downtown in a thunderstorm and (2) that Park Place wasn’t so far from where I live…which is a factor no one can change so, it keeps my combat driving skills honed because this exceptional Porsche service center is the ONLY reason I ever drive to/in Dallas!

So glad I purchased the tire and wheel warranty package with my car! Super easy process, made an appointment, dropped my car off, picked it up a couple hours later good as new. Bonus - didn't have to pay for the two tires had to be replaced because they had screws in them. :)
