I took my car in for an emission check, while there I had some questions about my radio and phone not being in sink they called Marcus Vargas and he explained and did everything for me, Francisco and Marcus are a great asset to Park Place

It is always a pleasure to take my Porsche to Park Place. My service rep Tony Rizzotti takes care of me like family and I know my car will be well taken care of.

Work was clearly displayed and completed in a timely fashion I was notified along the way I much preferred my service rep Tiera from my rep at Porsche Plano. She was excellent . Unfortunately: we drive from Parker. No service car was available in the interim which was disappointing, especially given the cost of service. I am hoping Park Place , with its excellent reputation, will make changes in the future for improved customer experience .
