I knew exactly what I wanted, and between the test drive, payment and check out I was at the lot for under 30 minutes total - just excellent. Leslie took the time to explain the features, was informative but not pushy, and worked around my schedule. We had a terrible experience at BMW of Dallas (1 hour wait for F&I, who then gives us a lecture on the merits of financing a car, and gets visibly angry when we don't want the dealer adds). Making the sales person also the F&I is such a better idea.

I was told we would know what was wrong with my car the next day (Thursday) around lunch, it wasn’t started on until Monday after I messaged to see how much longer it would be. I don’t mind the extra days waiting just be up front that it will be a few days! I was also told that if my AC problem was under warranty then they would do the full 40K factory maintenance, but only the oil change was done

The wait time was excessive - almost 2 hours for an oil change - given that I had an appointment and arrived a few minutes early. The price charged was over $100 more than Crest Volvo, leaving me quite unhappy.

Literally flawless: arrived early, taken straight to the desk, service performed promptly and car ready before I was even done with the work I had planned to do. Alex was so communicative through the whole process - keep me informed on everything,
