Salesperson Diana was very helpful and did a great job on the sale. My low rating is not a reflection of her however they do claim she didn't word the contract correctly to have repairs done as she promised on the paint.However, the promised repairs to the paintwork were not completed as agreed. When I showed it to the service department on my pickup they claimed the wording “wasn’t correct.” I was never told I needed to have an attorney draft a perfectly worded addendum just to ensure the paint scratches—clearly discussed at the time of purchase—would be repaired.This is the third vehicle I’ve purchased at Park Place, and unfortunately, 2 out of the 3 experiences have left me with a poor impression. The lack of follow‑through on commitments is disappointing and has affected my trust in the dealership.

i wasn't real familiar with Volvo Diana Valdes walked around with me and showed me the different models volvo has to offer. i told her my needs, wants, likes and dislikes in a vehicle. she found me the perfect vehicle. she was very informative and showed me everything on the vehicle. i purchased the vehicle. she took the time to show me everything, got everything set up for me, answered all of my questions that i had. and was very accessible if i did have a question, brought my vehicle to me in excellent clean condition. i know everything about my vehicle and i love it and feel very safe driving it. Diana is an awesome sales person
