The repair was done in October 1700 dollars were paid and they charge me again for the same “ time belt” it was supposed that the guy Aldo was ready to help but I did not felt that, and pretty much after I returned the car the gave me, because on the highway a car was throwing construction materials and one rock hit the windshield. He said “ if you don’t pay you cannot leave the office he called me in front of customer sitting in his desk, and not even respectful “ pay here” talk with your insurance he did not even showed my own car work done. After I paid 2014 thousand dollars he did not even have a receipt after 3 days I am still waiting. I think this experience show me the real people that they just want to charge and not pretty much help. The car are good quality the service not as much. So at the end is the service right ? So hopefully I will be able to buy Toyota or something else.

Had an emergency repair that required immediate attention. My service advisor, Ray Jiminez managed to not only get my vehicle in to get serviced, he miraculously managed to get my vehicle competed in a timely fashion!Ray is the embodiment of excellent customer care! I would go so far as to argue he is the most proficient service advisor in the entire metroplex!

Had unexpected issue with supercharger. Needed repair and Ray J got it done and under initial estimated cost !!
