My experience was significantly impacted by poor communication and lack of follow-through. I repeatedly had to follow up to receive updates, including regarding a check that is still outstanding.Additionally, there were multiple service issues: requested cleaning was not completed, a dent had to be pointed out and addressed rather than proactively handled, and the vehicle was kept for three days without any updates on its status. I was also told the car would be ready for a test drive when first inquired, but ended up waiting over an hour at the dealership because it was not actually available..it was actually lost.Overall, the process lacked organization, proactive communication, and attention to detail. These are areas that would greatly improve the customer experience.

My car had not passed inspection, so I brought it in to Ray. They were able to discern what was wrong with the emission system, took care of the repair, drove the car for the required number of miles and then took care of the state inspection. They even washed my car. I am most grateful!

The "decision" part of the process was pretty easy, nice access to inventory (lots of inventory with different options). Once decided on model and package of options, all I needed to do is decide on color. The "negotiation" phase didn't take too long. It did take more time than I expected (for an all cash purchase with trade in) to get all the paperwork in order. But I understand that this portion of the process was probably timed to meet up with the "make ready" process for the vehicle.
