Had an emergency repair that required immediate attention. My service advisor, Ray Jiminez managed to not only get my vehicle in to get serviced, he miraculously managed to get my vehicle competed in a timely fashion!Ray is the embodiment of excellent customer care! I would go so far as to argue he is the most proficient service advisor in the entire metroplex!

Sold me a car that has preexisting water damage. Drove it home and it never started again. Here I am in June and the car is in the third shop and still cant get fixed. I will be filing a lawsuit so some type of action is taken. I've been ignored from the sales department and thats a big no. Regardless if I didn't purchase the warranty plan the car should of lasted more than 100 miles

Customer service -Aldo Saldivar-excellent. He is knowledgeable, efficient, hands on and makes us want to keep Park Place as our preferred dealership. Customer relations is important to us and he is a man of integrity and servant leadership.

Took over 2hrs just for 1 tire to be changed. Was also told that they could replace the missing valve caps and did not do so, I also never received my receipt via email like my service associate said I would.

We had already negotiated a deal to buy a new car and made an appointment for a scheduled time to do so. When we arrived, they were not prepared, the car was not there and the sales person was no where to be seen. We waited 45 mins with our 1 year old becoming increasingly frustrated. Eventually other team members started working on the paper work but we had to get pretty aggressive to get that started. We expected better.
