Service to the point, reviewed what was asked and delivered the car with confidence

Purchased a used luxury vehicle and didn't expect to find under the hood to be full of leaves. This vehicle was suppose to have been serviced by Park Place. Texas law requires a front license plate. There wasn't even a holder for one on the car.

Everything with respect to sales was excellent. It was Volvo financial i have an issue with.

This may have been one of the best automotive buying experiences ever. Mr. Birdsong could not have been any more helpful and accommodating. I will definitely spread the word and purchase again.

Excellent customer service and great vehicle service

Our experience with Park Place Volvo was fast and easy. We don’t usually like to go into the dealerships to buy vehicles because of the high pressure sales but we didn’t experience any of that at Park Place. Jim was fantastic! This was our first Volvo ever. Jim took time to explain all that Volvo had to offer. We will definitely be back. Thank you Jim!
