In the pre-sales portion, which was conducted almost exclusively electronically, she was quick to provide answers, photos, etc. When on site, she was thorough in helping us understand the capabilities and operation of the vehicle. She was also informative and thorough in dealing with all the paperwork requirements.Michael was very helpful, friendly, and thorough in providing us an in-the-car tutorial of what capabilities existed, how they worked, and how to access them.
