Andre, Oscar and Michael were excellent in answering all my questions. They walked me through the entire process of buying our new Volvo and even offered to assist after we bought the car.

Andre Persson met me at the sales center and asked what type of vehicle I was looking for. I gave him a list of what I wanted because they didn't have any vehicle on the lot that matched my list. He then searched other dealerships and looked at new inventory coming to Park Place. Finally, a vehicle matched my list. He called me and set up a time to see it. I bought it that night. He was informative and professional though out the entire process. Would recommend others to him and hope he's around next time I'm ready to buy a new automobile.

In the pre-sales portion, which was conducted almost exclusively electronically, she was quick to provide answers, photos, etc. When on site, she was thorough in helping us understand the capabilities and operation of the vehicle. She was also informative and thorough in dealing with all the paperwork requirements.Michael was very helpful, friendly, and thorough in providing us an in-the-car tutorial of what capabilities existed, how they worked, and how to access them.
