This was easily the best and easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. Aaron made this process seamless and stress free. I especially liked only having to work with Aaron and not be “handed over” to finance after he made the sale.

I'm giving the visit a 4 because it should be a 5 except for all the hassle i had leading up to it. I tried to obtain information on what maintenance was required, the cost and whether or not I could wait to have the service completed via chat on your website, i called customer service AND i emailed customer service. multuple times. no resolution. But once i cam in for the service, and after i let Alex know everything i had been through he took control and made sure everything was clear and helped me as much as everyone else should have leading up to the appointment time.

Was surprised by the fuel charge on the loaner

The staff was great and helpful. I got a charge for gas on my loaner car, but I filled the car up right before I drove onto the parking lot. My car was left dirty when I picked it up
