Took great care of making certain the transaction to purchase a used vehicle was a positive experience.

The purchase experience was very good except for the options / add on's at the end. Even thought our sales person was very good, it still felt like a lot of pressure to make thousands of dollars decisions on maintenance, warranty, at the moment. I declined all of them because I don't like to make this big of a decision in a short amount of time.

Per usual, everything was top notch. I've been working with Germaine, Awan, and now John for years, and I can't say enough about the customer service. In shopping for a car for my daughter (first time driver), I did not get nearly the same level of treatment and comfort that I always receive at Volvo. I was not originally intending to get a Volvo because I figured the price would not work related to the other cars I was looking at, but Germaine and John found something and did everything they could to make it work. I appreciate them.
