I was so pleased to have such a relaxed and no-pressure experience during every phase of the process!From test drive to comparing various models to negotiating the deal to making my ultimate purchase and driving off the lot ~ I felt completely at ease. I never felt remotely hurried or pressured. John Bradford's calm, professional manner helped make the experience smooth and even fun. When I mentioned I'd always thought it would be fun to do the whole big bow on a new car experience ~ he made it happen. He also made sure to take the time to walk me through all the ins and outs of the car before I drove off ~ even though everyone had stayed way past closing time to finish up the deal on a Saturday night.In fact, everyone that I had a conversation with or who helped in any way during my shopping and buying experience was down to earth and friendly.I'd happily recommend Park Place Volvo to anyone!
