The purchase experience was very good except for the options / add on's at the end. Even thought our sales person was very good, it still felt like a lot of pressure to make thousands of dollars decisions on maintenance, warranty, at the moment. I declined all of them because I don't like to make this big of a decision in a short amount of time.
