Sales experience was great. I did not know very much about the used car I bought because it wasn't one of the cars that the dealership is sold regularly. The dealership had no idea either. I had to watch YouTube videos to figure out most of the features and we'll have to take it to that model dealership to learn more because I just don't know.

The experience with Sam was amazing, she is great. Highly recommend her to work for you and she followed up a few times after the fact. The overall time at the dealership negotiating took longer than I was expecting and that's the reason for not giving 5 stars. When I was finally going to leave is when they met me where I wanted to be price wise.
