The process of procuring my XC40 was an Amazing experience! I narrowed down the vehicle I wanted, and the cost negotiation occurred before I came on-site. When I went in to pick up my car and sign the remaining paperwork, I was not there even one hour.

Repairs were completed in a timely fashion. Juan and Aaron both sent me updates about the status. Aaron has continued to exceed my expectations and done an outstanding job. He will continue to have my business and I will happily refer any client/contact/friend/family to him.

This was the best, most personal car chopping experiences I have had. The people did everything to ensure I was happy with my choice. I think I may be a Volvo customer for life now.

I purchased a car; however, I had several disappointments. The car was marketed as new; however, when I was signing the paperwork, I noticed the car had almost 6,000 miles and it was put in service in November 2023. It had been a loaned. Whenever I have purchased cars before - that would not have been a "new" car. I think that is false representation, but it was too late at that point to change. Also, the interior storage is very poor on the S60 Charge - virtually no center console. I wish i had been aware of that.
