I purchased a car; however, I had several disappointments. The car was marketed as new; however, when I was signing the paperwork, I noticed the car had almost 6,000 miles and it was put in service in November 2023. It had been a loaned. Whenever I have purchased cars before - that would not have been a "new" car. I think that is false representation, but it was too late at that point to change. Also, the interior storage is very poor on the S60 Charge - virtually no center console. I wish i had been aware of that.

Don was awesome. He was very detailed, knowledgeable, and hospitable. I felt comfortable asking him questions and he helped me find the right car. His customer service was the best I’ve ever experienced. I will be recommending family and friends just because of him!!
