I haven't bought a new car in 23 years. Still love my V70. Was greeted upon arrival by Kurt Fegraeus and John Bradford. Kurt stopped by during the process to check on progress. John was patient, knowledgeable and walked me through a used car offer and the President's Day special financing on a new car. He is definitely an asset to Volvo and I know why he recently won his Best Salesman award. In another 20 years, I'll be coming back to John for the next car.

I am out of state and my wife had issues with her vehicle. Park Place team sent a loaner vehicle and swapped out my wife's Volvo. They took care of the car, and she is very happy with the experience.

We purchased an EX90 in Feb 25. The vehicle has been in service numerous times. We understand with new production vehicles there will be issues. However it is very inconvenient for us to bring you the vehicle to get a loaner when the issue is the fault of Volvo. Also our vehicle has stone interior and your service technician do not take care when servicing our vehicle to keep the interior clean. This has been the case the last 3 times it was in service. We came to pick up our vehicle Wednesday and it was stains inside and the outside was covered with bird droppings. When we questioned the state of the vehicle we were told it was because of where your staff parked. Confused we as them to wash it to which they agreed to wash, detail and deliver the next day. Which considering the wasting of our time is appreciated. Also when we drop off a 90k+ EX90 we should at least receive some level of XC90. On the last 2 occasions they provided an xc60. When we asked about a bigger vehicle they never have any. When our vehicle goes into service you have it for weeks at a time. Nelson is unresponsive and returns calls
