Leslie had everything ready to go when we got there. We got through the paperwork without any issues and got a great tech intro to the new car. Leslie was awesome!! I had very specific requirements for my car and since the local Shreveport dealer forgot about me, she bent over backwards to find me the exact car I wanted and got me the perfect deal to buy it. I'm highly satisfied with my Park Place experience.

Aaron at Volvo is the best! I was dreading the car buying process and he made it rather enjoyable. He never made us feel pressured to make a decision. My husband and I were in a busy work season and he even brought a car to our house for us to test drive one night. I was between the Volvo XC40 and the Audi Q3 and the customer service experience at Volvo is what sold me. Aaron was kind and patient with all of my questions. He set up my phone and linked it to the car before I left the lot. He genuinely wanted me to understand all the features and how to use them. Can not recommend him and Park Place Volvo enough! Loving the car and can’t wait to size up as our family grows!

I had a wonderful experience at Park Place Volvo! My salesperson, John Bradford was outstanding!He handled every aspect of our trad-in and purchase of our new vehicle with great professionalism, knowledge and is such a kind and personable person. He was so thorough in handling every detail of our transactions. It was a great experience!
