Met with Aaron and I expressed interest in the S60. Went for a text drive and I told him I was also interested in the Lexus ES. He told me that his brother worked at Park Place Lexus and recommended I test drive it before making a decision. I did not enjoy the Lexus or the service as much so I returned and began the purchasing process.

Great service from Mr Yamane Abraham, he wait for us as planned. He was prepared for allowing us to test drive the vehicles that we wanted to see and test. He was simply great! After the drive test, we conducted an open, zero-pressure, and clear negotiation with Germaine Ambres. He was also fantastic, very open to negotiate based on our request, and at the end we got the car we wanted under the financial terms that we felt comfortable. Overall, excellent customer service from all the Park Place Volvo team. This is my second Volvo with Park Place, and now I am looking forward to enjoy my XC60 Recharge Ultimate, and in 3 years will probably come back for a pure electric!.
