I was at the dealership for almost 3 hours. Process should have been one hour max.The paperwork should have been prepared in advance.I did not like the attempted upsell on additional insurance/warranty-type services. They should have been provided to me earlier, potentially via an email, so I could have time to research and make a more informed decision.The guy in the service dept who took the car battery out/apart should have been made aware I was waiting on the vehicle.Everyone at the dealership was VERY nice and kept me mostly informed of the delays. However, this amount of time was not respectful of my time. Good thing I brought my kindle and had an interesting book.

He told me that his brother worked at Park Place Lexus and recommended I test drive it before making a decision.
