This is my third purchase with Park Place and Oscar did a great job helping me get into the new XC90 Recharge. I was leaning toward a BMW X5 Hybrid this time but that was going to be a short wait for a car. Oscar called when a similar car became available and offered incentives to get me to consider. My salesperson, Oscar Rodriguez, is the best! He responds as promptly as he can. He even goes the extra mile to responds even on his day offs! Very patient and thorough when responding to all the questions I send to him. No doubt in my mind that he deserves those commendations in his desk in the last quarter. There were some glitches along the way with the vehicles but in the end with generous considerations from GM Donny and Sales Manager Germaine, Oscar was able to deliver the vehicle that I need for the safety of my family.
