Leslie was great. This is the third Volvo XC90 I have purchased from Park Place Volvo.Titling and tagging had been a mess - your people need to get it together on that front. I have not had a problem with tagging a vehicle purchased from your dealership until this purchase (I am out of state Oklahoma).Also I never received a bill of sale showing thagt I purchased the vehicle.

My service experience was most definitely a five star!I have been a Park Place Mercedes client for many years, and I have always had excellent service when it comes to purchasing my vehicles and having them serviced.I just purchased yet another vehicle this Monday.Andrew Riggs was the sales experience manager that I dealt with. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience of purchasing my most recent smooth from A to Z.

My girlfriend and I leased a ‘24 XC-6 last weekend and while shopping multiple dealerships landed on Volvo 99% because of Aaron. Professional, never sleazy or fake. I’ve been in sales my whole life and recognize someone doing it ethically and as if he cares about what he’s doing. Great find with this guy, I get why he has all those presidents club trophies. The lot was an all-around nice visit and a great experience with Volvo. I can’t see us or our friends purchasing from anywhere or anyone else moving forward.

Had the best experience I have ever received with Aaron Rosen! I’m going to be honest… I am Hispanic and I have never received such wonderful experience ever! I guess people/salesman stereotype and assume we can’t afford but that did not happen with Aaron! He gave me all the options available to me… I was initially going in for a 2024 XC 90 but left with a 2020 XC 90. It was the best fit and deal for what I was looking for! I can’t wait to purchase my next vehicle from Aaron!
